DESCRIPTION:These unique sessions incorporate Sound Therapy and Meditation. They are ideal for beginners so, no previous experience is necessary. Sound baths are relaxing, immersive experiences where participants listen to soothing music, healing vibrations, and/or nature sounds. In these sessions you will be ‘bathed’ in the tones and vibrations of various instruments including gongs whilst you lay comfortably. Sound Therapy has been proved to have enormous health benefits.\nWe will start the session with some gentle breathwork to help calm the mind and prepare for the sounds to bring our attention to the present moment. Herbal tea and delicious homemade cake will be provided afterwards.
