In this session we’ll use the most simple, accessible tool we have to create calm & focus in the mind & ease in the body – breathing! Expect to learn about the vagus nerve (our stress nerve) & how breathing in a variety of ways affects all of the bodily systems positively.

No experience necessary. The class can be done seated or lying down.
