Join Kate on Fridays at 12.30-1.15pm for Breathwork classes. Each sessions will explore the impact of different breathing practices on the body & mind. Expect to learn techniques to help with Sleep, Anxiety, Low energy & mood.
The session can be done lying down, or seated. No experience necessary – if you can breathe, you can attend.
