Gentle, non-aerobic and enjoyable exercises mean no blood sweat & tears are required to produce great results.
Each exercise has a variation to enable you to work at your own pace without feeling pressurised or self-conscious.
I give close guidance to ensure you remain safe whilst maximising the benefits of each exercise.
Anyone can do Pilates. My wonderful class members range in age from 16 to 79, in weight, are at different fitness levels & experience improvements in a number of conditions such as back pain, osteoarthritis, hip and knee complaints.
