Designed to promote a sense of wellbeing for Mums. The class lasts for an hour and includes low impact cardio and resistance training, concentrating on core strength and improving pelvic floor. You will need to complete a pre-screening form to attend. Mums must have had their 6 week GP sign off or be at least 12 weeks post C-section before joining. Babies and children are welcome.
Taster session £8
5 session is £40 (to be used within 6 weeks).
10 sessions is £75 (to be used within 12 weeks).
