Join Samantha every Sunday at The Pavilion – let’s breathe, flow and be still together.

This mid-morning Yoga practice is suitable for all abilities and ages so if you’ve never practiced Yoga before or have been practicing all your life, you are welcome and I look forward to holding space for you.

I love to weave in stories and the philosophy of Yoga into our practice so our focus isn’t only on the physical aspect because Yoga is so much more than the shapes we make on the mat.

Throughout October we’re observing the constellations in the night sky; starting with Orion, the Hunter. Get ready to feel empowered and feel the fire in your belly.

I hope you’ll give yourself this hour every week to breathe, to move, find peace in the stillness and have some fun at the same time.
