This class is entitled ‘Flow and Restore’; whilst an established yoga practice is not necessary it is recommended that students have a reasonable level of fitness. Two thirds of the class will be a flow type sequence so will get the heart rate going in a loving, empowering and supportive way. Then the final segment will involve restorative poses/breathing practices/meditation. Modifications will be offered throughout to be inclusive of varying levels. It is specifically targeted at individuals who wish to unwind and release stress and tension after a working day or on their days off; it is an opportunity to harness self-awareness and to take time out from hectic schedules to help promote optimal well-being; the body will be tended to but also the mind.
The standard price will be £10 but I will be offering a 20% discount for NHS workers (ID required)
