I would love to see lots of new faces and new yogis stepping onto their mats knowing I create a space we can all lean into without judgement or self comparison. I teach in vinyasa style but always keep it chilled and accessible for all. You will gain physical strength from a regular yoga practice and hopefully feel more grounded.
