Reflect & Renew – A Yin & Yoga Nidra and Reflective Journalling workshop
Meditate to Create for 2027
Instead of beginning another year with a list of resolutions and things you feel you should change we’ll explore how to create the conditions for inviting more of the good things into our lives.
Nestled in that quiet space between Christmas and New Year, Relax & Reset is an invitation to pause, reconnect with yourself and imagine the possibilities of 2027.
Through gentle Yin Yoga, guided meditation, reflective journalling and creative visioning, we’ll look back on the year we’ve had, consider what we’re ready to leave behind and explore what we’d love to welcome into our lives. Perhaps it’s more creativity, adventure or connection. Perhaps it’s greater confidence, balance or simply more time for the things that bring you joy.
Together, we’ll explore four themes:
- Reflect: Honour the experiences, challenges and moments of joy that have shaped your 2026.
- Release: Identify what you’re ready to leave behind, creating space for new possibilities.
- Reimagine: Explore your hopes, dreams and intentions for 2027 through guided visualisation and creative reflection.
- Renew: Set a meaningful intention for the year ahead and carry it into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra practice.
As part of the workshop, we’ll create two personal intention cards: one to symbolically release what no longer serves us, and another to capture what we’d like to welcome and nurture in 2027.
You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what matters to you, a personal intention to carry into the new year and, hopefully, a renewed sense of possibility.
No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to give yourself a little time and attention.
Who is it for?
This workshop is suitable for anyone who would like to look at clarifying their vision for 2027.
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need an established yoga or meditation practice. The workshop is about creating the conditions in which you can slow down, rest and reconnect with yourself.
Yin Yoga is largely floor-based and poses are held for several minutes at a time. I’ll offer options throughout so that you can find a version that works for your body
If you’d like to attend as a chair yogi (which is absolutely fine) please let us know by email.
A gift for the first ten guests
The first 10 people to book will also receive a complimentary lavender eye pillow (makes a great gift if you already have yours!).
We’ll use your eye pillow during Yoga Nidra at the workshop, and it’s yours to take home afterwards for meditation, relaxation and future Yoga Nidra practices.
If you join me for future workshops, bring it back with you.
Meditate to Create for 2027
You’ll also receive your own Meditate to create workbook to use during the workshop and take home with you.
It’s a collection of reflections and practices designed to help you refine your vision for the year ahead alongside practical steps to make it happen.
We’ll use parts of it together during the workshop, and there will be plenty left to explore at home afterwards.
£35 – first 10 tickets
