MumFit is a class designed for any Mum, whether you gave birth 6 weeks ago or 5 years ago. The class concentrates on strengthening and shortening stretched tummy and pelvic floor muscles left from pregnancy. The class lasts for 1 hour and starts with a warm up and body mobilisation. The main part of the session includes low impact cardio, resistance training using resistance bands and your own body weight. We will work on improving your core and pelvic floor strength. Sessions then end with a cool down and stretch.
