Pilates with Luci (beginners)
These classes are aimed at Beginners / Improvers, for those with minimal or no experience and clients who continue to be comfortable with this level. We’ll focus on the key fundamentals of Body Control Pilates. These classes will develop your awareness of correct alignment, your use of breath and connecting to your centre to aid core stability. Think of them as an ongoing introduction to the Pilates method, they are low impact and suitable for all fitness levels. With a focus on fun you will finish feeling rested and positive.
All you’ll need is a mat and you may want to bring some water. Wear comfortable clothing that enables you to stretch in all directions. So I can see your movements, it shouldn’t be too baggy and wear grippy socks as we practice bare foot.
£10 per class (for block bookings of 6 weekly classes) or £12 per class on a pay as you go basis. Free taster session.
