This class teaches the basic skills of Tai Chi. Practicing the simple Qigong exercises helps you to move softly and freely. Soft, free movement maintains and enhances health, balance and strength, and is a foundation for more fluent athletic action. You will also learn a short Tai Chi form, a meditation in motion.
