This FREE workshop will give you a chance to view the menopause with slightly different eyes, bust some myths that many people hold and give you some great advice and tips.
Cecilie will cover:
- the difference between movement and exercise and why it matters
- how your exercise/movements need to change with age
- how bones & muscles don’t strengthen the same but both are vital for longevity
- bust some myths around weight bearing & pelvic floor exercises, calories and HIIT
- simple (but very effective) movements you can incorporate into your daily life to meet the needs of your pelvic floor, bones, big muscles groups and joints (i.e full body health)
It’s a very interactive workshop/talk and questions are encouraged. No need to wear ‘active wear’, but if you want to get stuck in you might want to wear something comfortable (but this is NOT an exercise class).
Cecilie has been in the health & wellness industry for over a decade. With her unique Scandinavian approach her focus is on making health down to earth, accessible and super practical. She also LOVES to bust some of the many myths that hang around in the sometimes toxic health & fitness industry. She’s certified to coach, train and nurture women going into menopause.
This workshop is aimed at women on the +40 side but really is relevant to all ages. It’s for everyBODY who wants stay healthy and well for decades to come. After all, in traditional Chinese medicine the menopause is referred to as your Second Spring!
Bring an open mind and Cecilie will provide tea and some food for thought!
