If you’ve been hearing about breathwork & are curious as to what it is, join Kate for an interactive workshop focused on exploring how and why breathing in certain ways can affect our psychology & physiology. As part of the session we will try out a number of breathing techniques for reducing anxiety, better sleep & more focus.
