This is a 60-minute,outdoor class designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into a routine, or already active and looking for a new challenge – you’ll be able to work at your own pace and still get a great session in.
Each week will be slightly different but a typical session would include a mix of equipment and body weight exercise, as well as cardio, with a variety of core work, strength training and endurance based training.
Who’s it for?
Anyone aged 16 and up. Every session includes options for all levels – from total beginners to seasoned gym-goers.

📍 Where: Meet in The Pavilion carpark, Connorly Way, Chichester
📅 When: Every Saturday, 8–9am
💷 Cost: £5 for your first class, then £15 drop in / £80 for 6 /£135 for 10/ £280 for 20. Payment is cash in hand or transfer via app
🧢 Bring: A water bottle, clothes that you don’t mind being dirty or muddy as well as footwear to be prepared for any types of weather,
Why train with me?
I’m a qualified Personal Trainer currently based at Westgate Leisure Centre with experience running group fitness sessions – including Bootcamp, Circuits, HIIT, and Core. I also hold Level 4 certifications in Nutrition Coaching and Strength & Conditioning.
