These classes are for those with minimal experience and clients who continue to be comfortable with this level. We’ll focus on the key fundamentals of Body Control Pilates. These classes will develop your awareness of correct alignment, your use of breath and connecting to your centre to aid core stability. Think of them as an ongoing introduction to the Pilates method, they are low impact and suitable for all fitness levels. With a focus on fun you will finish feeling rested and positive.
£10 per class (for block bookings of 6 weekly classes) or £12 per class on a pay as you go basis.
