My class is a 1 hour vinyasa yoga flow on a Saturday morning between 8-9am. Recent reviews have said ‘it is the right mix of challenge and relaxation’, ‘fantastic yoga class in a beautiful place’ and ‘Ali is so calming and descriptive’. I will lead you through a sequence of yoga poses and always ending in a wonderful savasana. It is suitable for all abilities and you will be made to feel very welcome.
