Escape the hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in tranquillity at our Rest & Reconnect workshop, held at The Pavilion in Chichester, West Sussex.

Join us for a 75-minute journey that begins with 15 minutes of gentle breathwork, easing you into a state of relaxation. The session flows seamlessly into 60 minutes of immersive sound bathing, where the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and other instruments will wash over you, guiding you into deep relaxation where your mind can fully rest. All you need to do is lay down and get comfortable.

Our beautiful studio, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, is bathed in natural light and surrounded by the calming embrace of nature. As the sun sets, allow yourself to be cocooned by the tranquility of both the setting and the sounds.

No water baths here—just the experience of sound washing over you. All you need to bring is yourself, dressed in comfortable warm clothes, 1 or 2 pillows/cushions, a blanket and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
