2pm – 50 minute Roller Fitness with Victoria – Advanced beginner – Age Group: 14+

Roller Fitness is a dynamic, full-body workout that combines balance, strength, endurance, and coordination while on wheels!  Find exercise boring but love rolling?  Me too!  I can’t wait to share this with you – please don’t worry about being a great skater.  If you can roll forwards and balance you got this.  the session will blend cardio and core stability exercises to improve fitness in a fun, low-impact way. By engaging muscles in the legs, glutes, core, and upper body, we will be working on agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular health, oh – and I will throw in some functional breath work too!

 

3pm – 90 minute Jam! Get your jam and rhythm skating basics – Intermediate Session – not complete beginner Session with Stormskater – Age Group: 14+

Stormskater’s Jam Skating Lessons offer a dynamic and structured approach to rhythmic, dance based skating, blending technique, creativity, and flow. With a strong emphasis on footwork, balance, and musicality, these sessions help skaters refine their movement, build confidence, and develop their own unique style. Lessons cover essential jam skating techniques with a focus on fluidity, control, and self-expression. Whether learning foundational moves or advancing into intricate combos, Stormskater provides expert guidance in a supportive and high-energy environment, making jam skating both accessible and exciting.

*NB Please remember to bring your own skates, as skate hire will not be available at the venue. We recommend that you bring your protective gear, helmets, wrist guards, knee pads – bum pads!
