Barre with Madison

Get ready for a total body workout that will have you feeling muscles you never knew you had! Barre will get you moving and groovin’ to energising music including the current top 40s, throwback tracks and so much more. This class fuses pilates, HIIT and basic ballet-barre movements to strengthen and tone the the body, as well as improve alignment. You will be sweating from head to toe!

£10 per session – refer a friend and your next class is £5!!
Class Package of 3 – £25 (must be used within 6 weeks from first class)
Class Package of 6 – £50 (must be used within 9 weeks from first class)

Equipment Recommend: Mat & a pair of light weights: cans of soup are a great alternative for hand weights!
Equipment Optional: Small Looped Band, aka Booty Band.
