Phia isn’t just about physical exercise-it’s about self-discovery, emotional release, and building a deeper connection with your body. This movement practice is designed to enhance mobility, strength, and endurance while also helping to release built-up tension and stress, creating a sense of balance and renewal.

What to Expect –

Phia follows a structured yet fluid format, guiding participants through seven intentional phases:

  1. Touch Base – A self-awareness check-in to connect with your body and breath.
  2. Loosen – Gentle movement and warmups to wake up the body.
  3. Get Ready – Increasing movement and building trust in your body’s strength.
  4. Awaken Strength – The most active phase, with core and cardio-based exercises.
  5. The Bond – A dance-inspired section to release emotions and build connections.
  6. Unleash – Controlled movements and breathwork to let go of lingering stress.
  7. Accomplish – A final check-in to reflect and carry the seshions energy forward.
