Classes for Mixed Ability, will progress through the levels of the Body Control Pilates basic mat-work method, we’ll focus on continual improvement of precision, flow, core strength and stamina, with classes tailored to incorporate individuals personal goals in a group setting. Ideal for clients familiar with Pilates, who wish to improve and develop their technique, range of movement and continual core strengthening.
£10 per class (for block bookings of 6 weekly classes) or £12 per class on a pay as you go basis.
