This class is for you if you welcome a sense of community, training side by side with like-minded individuals who get your vibe and will cheer you on. I offer structured strength and conditioning circuits to help you reach your body composition goals as you work to become a stronger, leaner, fitter, faster version of the already awesome you! You’ll move around stations performing a variety of weighted and body weight exercises (with alternate movements provided to suit all fitness levels). Discover what you’re capable of, progressively forcing adaptations as you build strength and confidence – this is fitness that’s all about working on your awesome, together!
