This class teaches the basic skills of Tai Chi. Practicing the simple exercises helps you to move softly and freely. Soft, free movement maintains and enhances health, balance and strength, and is a foundation for more fluent athletic action. Whatever your age or physical condition, this class will suit beginners as well as those with some experience wanting to review the fundamentals of their Tai Chi practice.
