It’s easy to restrict activity during winter when it’s cold and dreary but it’s important to have some outdoor time and hopefully doing it with other people to chat with will make it more palatable. So for the the next few months come and join a social walk at The Pavilion, Havenstoke Park every Monday. We will be going round the park twice combined with mobility exercises but if you only want to walk round it once, then that’s ok too! It will be approx 30-40 minutes, followed by a cup of tea & chat at the newly open Coffee Spot in The Pavilion (the walk is free but the tea will have to be paid for if you decide to have one)

The walk is free but the Pavilion welcomes any donations towards our “random act of kindness” draw.
