Come along to learn how to balance your hormones and enhance your mood!

  • ​Receive education about the 4 phases of your menstrual cycle

  • ​Explore ancient techniques from Himalayan Kriya yoga

  • ​Connect with likeminded women

  • ​Receive a small goodie bag to help you live cyclically!

​The class will begin with education about the menstrual cycle followed by an energising yet calming Kriya Yoga class that is linked to your hormonal cycle. The practice encourages stillness and breathing deeply but is also activating and energising. Be prepared to feel the full spectrum of your being!

​We will then gather in a small women’s circle for a guided meditation and little surprise at the end.

​​​This class is suitable for all women, all ages and experiences welcome, with adaptations to poses given. Girls aged 13 and up are encouraged to come with parents/guardians (no children please).

​​How to prepare

​I encourage you to not eat 2 hours prior to the session to help aid in your digestion.

​Loose clothing that you can exercise in but also feel comfortable.

​​​You will need

  • ​​A blanket and some warm socks

  • ​A water bottle

  • ​​Your beautiful self

​Mats, blocks, straps and cushions will be provided. Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you have one.

​​​At any point you are welcome to stop, lay down, or simply take a rest, this practice is for you, listen to your body; meet yourself wherever you are at. Comparison is the thief of joy, use your time and mind wisely.
